Senior Scientist, NACOFULTM
| Job Description |
We are seeking senior scientists with a specialty in natural color research, especially in the area of compound extraction, compound analysis and identification.
Candidates are expected to have extensive work experience in biology research or botanical studies. |
| Responsibilities |
- Work closely with the research team in the discovery, analysis and development of natural pigments.
- Obtain in-depth knowledge of the natural pigment targets of interest.
- Supervise, mentor and cross-train other scientists within the natural color development group.
- Troubleshoot and remove issues hindering the successful development of natural color.
- Present project plans and ongoing progress regularly.

| Qualifications |
- Ph.D. in biology or botany is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields is also considered.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in biology research or botanical studies.
- Proficiency in natural color research and new product development.
- Proven ability in project design and management, and capable of leading an R&D team independently.
- Ability to multitask and contribute in a challenging intellectual environment.
