We are looking for sales managers who can actively drive sales of natural color products and related services, including pigments extraction service, pigments analysis service, and color customization service.
Candidates with no work experience are welcomed. |
| Responsibilities |
- Drive the sales of NACOFULTM products and services.
- Measure sales force productivity and ensure effective implementation of established strategies.
- Identify, nurture and act on opportunities with both new and existing customers through outbound and inbound inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and remove issues hindering the implementation of sales operations initiatives.
- Effectively coordinate sales operations activities with other functions including service, consulting, and market analysis, as appropriate.
- Collaborate cross-functionally for proper utilization of internal resources.
- Operate effectively in a multitasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a focused and customer-centric attitude.

| Qualifications |
- Ph.D. in biology or botany is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields is also considered.
- Knowledgeable in natural color research.
- With great potential for success in the sales of natural color products and related services.
- Demonstrated strong entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative behaviors, and outstanding negotiation skills.
- With excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral, written, and other communication skills.
- Proficiency in a teamwork environment.
