Research Scientist/Project Manager, NACOFULTM
| Job Description |
We are looking for research scientists/project managers to lead the research and development (R&D) group focused on natural colors, including but not limited to natural pigment new product development, pigments extraction service, pigments analysis service, and color customization service.
To successfully provide high-quality natural color products and related services to our customers, candidates are expected to have work experience in biology research or botanical studies. |
| Responsibilities |
- Design and operate natural color research to fulfill the needs of our clients with support from the research team.
- Perform experiments, troubleshooting, data collection, and data analysis complying with all applicable regulatory standards and safety standards.
- Ensure timely delivery of the results requested by our clients without compromising quality.

| Qualifications |
- Ph.D. in biology or botany is preferred. Ph.D. in other related fields is also considered.
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience in biology research or botanical studies.
- Proficiency in biology research or botanical studies bio-technologies, especially in the area of compound extraction, compound analysis and identification.
- Experienced in the use of specialized laboratory equipment, and capable of planning, performing and troubleshooting scientific experiments.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and communication skills.
